Last month we reported on Samsung’s long awaited foray into foldable smartphones, after they announced the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
We now have more details surrounding its availability in the UK and its pricing.
How much will it cost?
Samsung are advertising their phone at an eye-watering £1,800 RRP.
When will it be released?
Samsung will begin taking pre-orders for the device April 26th 2019.
EE are initially the exclusive UK network offering contract deals on the phone, citing a May 3rd release. There is no news on the monthly tariff they will be offering yet though. Pre-registration is available for those who are interested.
What is the Galaxy Fold?
The Galaxy Fold is the first foldable flagship smartphone from one of the major brands.
The phone works like any other, but features two connected screens that fold into each other, creating a tablet-esque experience. This opens up a variety of new use cases due to its unique form.
