From initial login, your to-do list shows precisely where each task is up to. You can filter your to-do list by selecting a task type and a stage. Individual to-do lists mean users can work more independently, as they can manage their to-do lists but managers still can view all tasks. This is a useful tool for monitoring outstanding tasks and organising their team's workload.
Service Level Agreements
SwiftCase provides the capability of handling Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with an intelligent Red-Amber-Green (RAG) design feature, helping you to focus on what’s important. Tasks requiring the most urgent attention are always listed first and distinctly highlighted in the appropriate colour code. By incorporating SLA’s into the to-do list, users are made aware of the importance of each task.
As well as displaying your to-do list, the dashboard provides a clear view of the number of outstanding tasks for each task type and status. Using the RAG design feature, users can see at a glance the number of tasks requiring urgent action, grouped by SLA. Giving clear visibility of the number of outstanding tasks for each task type, stage and SLA, your to-do list can be managed efficiently.
Customise what and how information is displayed on your to-do list. Being able to customise which task information to present on your to-do list per task type, provides users with instant access to the most relevant task information. Having this information readily available allows for users to take the most appropriate action.
As well as being able to customise your display, you can sort your to-do list in various ways. The default sort order and the maximum number of tasks to initially return can be configurable. Setting up the to-do list using these customisations and configurations enables elevated productivity.
Searching for a task on SwiftCase is easy, with the customisable global quick search feature. Specify task questions as searchable fields to optimise this functionality. Alternatively, the advanced search feature provides more options to let you create a more complex search criteria.
