Create A Skill Overview

Skills are an excellent way to filter particular users for allocation to a task. When configuring the Manual Allocation widget on the Workflow Builder you have the option to filter users by particular skills. This guide will cover creating a skill.

The Allocation Admin panel

Visit the Admin page and you will see the Allocation panel. click on Skills

Skills list

You will be presented with a list of skills as below:

Click on Create Skill and you will be presented with a modal with a single input form. Enter the name of your skill and then you are finished. This skill will appear on the relevant Workflow Builder widgets and on the user profile page under the Manage Skills option
