Product Update: SwiftCase Launches

2015 was the year SwiftCase went from concept to reality. After eighteen months of development, we launched a platform that brings workflow automation, case management, and document generation together in one place.

The Workflow Builder

The heart of SwiftCase is the visual workflow builder. Instead of coding or complex configuration files, you design workflows by dragging and dropping:

  • Statuses define the stages cases move through
  • Widgets capture and display information at each stage
  • Events trigger actions automatically
  • Moving rules control how cases progress

Save your workflow as JSON. Publish it to a product. Start processing cases immediately. No deployment cycles. No waiting for developers.

This was our founding vision: give operations teams the power to build their own systems.

Email That Works For You

Email accounts connect directly to SwiftCase. Incoming emails create cases automatically. Replies thread into existing cases. Attachments become case documents.

The email inbox shows messages across all connected accounts. RAG status indicators highlight what needs attention. Quick actions let you process emails without leaving the inbox.

Create Cases From Anywhere

The API accepts new cases from external systems. Your website form, your partner's system, your mobile app: anything that can make an HTTP request can create a SwiftCase case.

Documents That Generate Themselves

Document templates merge case data into professional documents. Define templates once with placeholder fields. Generate documents on demand or automatically when statuses change.

Credit Control Built In
