We make software that runs real operations for real businesses. If you like shipping useful things and hate corporate theatre, keep reading.

How We Work
SwiftCase was co-founded by Dr. Adam Sykes (computational scientist, coder) and Nik Ellis (serial entrepreneur). We build software that runs real operations: which means we don't ship things that don't work.
Flat structure. Good ideas win. We move fast, experiment freely, and fix things properly when they break. No tickets to nowhere.
If you code in your spare time because you genuinely enjoy it, and you'd rather ship something useful than sit in a meeting about it, you'll fit.
Fully remote across the UK. We care about output, not attendance.
Company pension plus profit share. You benefit when we do.
Tax-efficient salary sacrifice if you want it.
Work on production systems used by actual businesses, not demo projects.
Good ideas win regardless of who has them. No politics.
We write code. Meetings are for things that can't be solved async.
Open Positions
Every role we advertised has now been filled, so we are not taking applications at the moment. We hire slowly and carefully, and new openings are posted here first.
Own problems end-to-end: build AI integrations, take prototypes to production, and improve system performance through evaluation and prompt design.
Want to know when the next role opens? Drop us a line: we are always happy to hear from good engineers.
Applications Closed
All of our advertised roles have been filled, so the application form is closed.
We hire a few people a year and post every opening on this page before anywhere else. If you think you would be a good fit for a future role, say hello and we will keep you in mind.
