Find Tasks by Question Answers
The API can now search for tasks based on specific question answers. Looking for all cases where the vehicle registration is "AB12 CDE"? Query for it directly.
This opens up integration scenarios that weren't previously possible:
- External systems checking if a case already exists before creating a duplicate
- Dashboards pulling cases matching specific criteria
- Automation that finds related cases based on shared data
Combine with product instance filtering to narrow results to specific workflows.
Statistics Tooltips
The statistics overview page now includes tooltips explaining each panel. When you're configuring reports or reviewing metrics, hover over any stat to see its definition.
The same tooltips appear when configuring stat reports, ensuring consistency between what you're building and what users will see.
User Account Logging
All actions related to user accounts are now logged. Account creation, role changes, password resets: everything is recorded. Essential for compliance and for investigating any access concerns.
Role-Based User Creation
Creating users now requires the ROLE_CREATE_USER permission. This provides finer control over who can add new users to the system, separate from other administrative permissions.
Better Error Reporting
When email-related commands fail, error reports now include file, line number, and stack trace. Debugging email issues is now significantly easier.
