Product Update: Your Data, Your Way

Access your SwiftCase statistics from any BI tool, collect documents through chatbots, and track case history with new timeline features.

One question we hear constantly: "Can I get my SwiftCase data into Power BI / Tableau / our reporting system?"

Until now, the answer involved exports and manual processes. From today, the answer is simply: yes.

Your Statistics, Anywhere You Need Them

The new Statistics API opens your SwiftCase data to any tool that can make an HTTP request. Build executive dashboards in Power BI. Feed real-time KPIs into Slack. Trigger alerts when metrics hit thresholds. Your data, your rules.

One customer is already using this to display live case volumes on screens in their operations centre. Another feeds daily stats into their board reporting pack automatically. The API returns clean, structured data that plays nicely with whatever tools you already use.

Chatbots That Collect Documents

Picture this: a customer starts a claim through your chatbot. They answer the initial questions, then the bot asks them to upload photos of the damage. They snap pictures on their phone, upload directly in the chat, see a preview to confirm they're correct, and continue the conversation.

No separate email. No portal login. No friction.

This quarter's chatbot improvements make document collection conversational. Images get previews. Files integrate directly with the task. The experience feels modern because it is.

See the Full Story with Timeline

Long-running cases accumulate history. Emails, notes, status changes, documents. Understanding what happened and when used to mean clicking through multiple tabs.

The new Topics and Timeline feature gives you a chronological view of everything that's happened on a case. Organised by topic, filterable by type, scrollable from start to finish. When a customer calls asking about their case, you can see the full story in seconds.

No More Permission Request Chaos

"Can you give me access to..." These requests used to float around in emails and chat messages, handled inconsistently and impossible to audit.

Now there's a proper workflow. Users request access. Administrators see requests in a dedicated queue. Grant or deny with a click. Send an automatic notification. Log everything. Simple, auditable, professional.

Smarter Child Task Assignment

Creating child tasks used to mean manually checking who's available and assigning each one. Now SwiftCase can do it automatically, looking at case relationships and availability to assign the right people without your intervention.

It's a small change that saves significant time when you're managing complex cases with multiple sub-tasks.
