As we close out 2023, we're shipping features that help larger operations run more smoothly.
Onboard Entire Teams at Once
You just signed a new client with fifty staff who need access. Or you're expanding into a new region with a network of contractors. Creating users one by one would take hours.
The new bulk user creation widget handles this in the background. Trigger it from a task, and SwiftCase creates all the users you need while the workflow continues. No waiting. No bottleneck.
This is particularly valuable for:
- Client onboarding with multiple staff members
- Contractor network expansion
- Event or training participant setup
- Seasonal workforce scaling
The same reliable user creation logic applies to each account. Permissions, roles, notifications: all configured correctly, at scale.
Different Products, Different Hours
A 9-to-5 office product and a 24/7 emergency service shouldn't share the same office hours calculation. Now they don't have to.
You can set office hours at the product level. SLA calculations, escalation timers, and reporting all respect these product-specific hours. Global settings still apply as a fallback for products without custom hours.
This is essential for businesses running multiple service lines with different availability commitments.
Take Suppliers Out of Rotation
Sometimes a supplier shouldn't receive new work. They're at capacity. They're on holiday. There's a conflict of interest on certain case types.
You can now exclude suppliers from auto-allocation without removing them from the system. Excluded suppliers are simply skipped when work is being distributed. When they're ready to receive work again, remove the exclusion. Their history, their ratings, their configuration: all preserved.
Files That Don't Disappear
We've improved how SwiftCase handles files during network hiccups. Files are now stored locally first, then uploaded to cloud storage. If the cloud upload fails, the local copy is preserved and the upload retries.
The result: fewer "file not found" errors during temporary connectivity issues.
