Email That Scales
High-volume email accounts used to push memory limits on busy days. We've rebuilt the email processing engine to handle larger volumes more efficiently:
Smarter memory usage. The system processes emails more efficiently, using less memory per message. Busy accounts that occasionally hit limits now process smoothly.
Automatic recovery. A new command checks all email accounts and fetches any messages that might have been missed. Run it after an outage or as a scheduled safety net.
Better Office 365 handling. Pagination for large mailboxes now works correctly, fetching all messages even when there are thousands.
If you're processing hundreds of emails daily, you'll notice more consistent, reliable handling.
Control What Users See
Not everyone needs the same dashboard view. New controls let you:
Hide the search bar for users who shouldn't be searching across all cases.
Hide products from the dashboard for users who should focus on specific workflows.
These role-based controls help you create focused experiences for different user types, reducing clutter and guiding attention.
Private Files Stay Private
When external systems query your tasks through the API, private files are now automatically excluded from responses. Sensitive documents that were marked private stay private, even when data is being shared with integrations.
API error messages are also now filtered for non-internal users, providing cleaner responses and preventing information leakage.
Cleaner Quick Search
Vehicle registration lookups now automatically trim whitespace. When users paste registrations with trailing spaces, the search works correctly. A small fix that prevents a common frustration.
