Status tags let you categorise your workflow statuses however makes sense for your business. Tag them by stage: "Initial", "In Progress", "Quality Check", "Complete". Tag them by team: "Claims", "Underwriting", "Payments". Tag them by priority: "Urgent", "Standard", "Low".
Then filter. Instead of scrolling through forty statuses, you see only the ten that matter right now.
Tags flow through to reporting too. Want to see how long cases spend in "Quality Check" statuses versus "In Progress" statuses? Now you can.
Track Financial Activity Per User
User profiles now include a statement section showing all financial activity associated with that user. Commissions, fees, adjustments: all visible in one place.
This makes reconciliation simpler and gives managers visibility into the financial side of individual user activity without running separate reports.
Parent Tasks That Actually Wait
If you've built approval workflows or multi-stage processes, you've probably hit this frustration: the parent task moves to "Complete" before all child tasks are actually finished.
We've rebuilt the parent task status logic to properly evaluate children before triggering status changes. The parent waits until all children reach the required state. No race conditions. No premature completions. The workflow behaves as designed.
Better Data Entry
Two small improvements that make daily use more pleasant:
Multiselect dropdowns stay open after you make a selection. When you're choosing multiple options, you no longer need to reopen the dropdown for each one.
