Why map your workflows?

Before you can automate a process, you need to see it clearly. Workflow mapping exposes bottlenecks, decision points, and handoff gaps that are invisible in day-to-day operations.

Find bottlenecks

See where work stalls, who's overloaded, and which approvals slow everything down.

Document for compliance

Regulators want documented processes. A workflow map satisfies ISO, FCA, and CQC requirements.

Prepare for automation

Once your process is mapped, SwiftCase can turn it into a live automated workflow — no code required.
