Claimbotics: From Beta to Production

Back in the summer, we introduced Claimbotics, our AI-powered Claims voice-bot designed to transform FNOL, using natural language AI to empathetically collect data from customers, accurately, and insert it directly into a CRM or Claims system. We outlined our ambition clearly: to deliver a faster, more accurate, more reassuring first call, powered by robust automation and backed by real industry expertise.

Since then, we’ve been working closely with early adopters, industry partners, and claims specialists to test Claimbotics in real-world environments. More than just FNOL, can work to any script and have so far covered impecuniosity, third party and bodyshop communications and accounts credit control models. We’re now delighted to announce that Claimbotics has officially moved from Beta to Production.

This isn’t just a milestone for us; it’s a turning point for how the claims sector can approach client communications

From Beta to Production: What’s Changed?

During Beta, our focus was on battle-testing the full FNOL pipeline:

Phone→Speech to Text→AI Agent→Text to Speech→Claims Workflow

That core engine is now fully production-ready, stable, and running end-to-end inside live operational environments.

Across the Beta phase, we’ve strengthened the platform in several key areas:

  1. FNOL Intake Accuracy

Our guided FNOL flows now adapt intelligently to caller responses, ensuring all required details are captured first time, even when callers deviate, jump around, or provide information out of order.

  1. Compliance-Ready Data Capture

Secure, structured extraction of answers now feeds directly into claims workflows without duplication. Every call generates a full conversation audit trail. All are servers are UK based.

  1. Seamless Integrations

We’ve expanded connectivity to external data sources including address lookup, vehicle information, policy checks, credit checks and claims & fraud APIs. Claimbotics now drops data straight into most claims management CRMs for immediate data & intelligence.

  1. Voice Quality & Interaction Design

Our production voices are more natural, more stable, and more consistent, delivering professional, empathetic interactions suited to stressful FNOL, Claims & impecuniosity scenarios. Male and female voices available, with a choice of accents.

What We’ve Overcome Since Beta

One of our aims during Beta was to be transparent about the challenges the industry needed us to solve. Since then, we’ve tackled several key issues:

Improved Barge-In Handling

Callers often speak over automated systems, especially during stressful events. Claimbotics now handles this gracefully, maintaining a human-like conversational flow.

Advanced Error Recovery

Misheard or incomplete answers are resolved conversationally, without forcing the caller to repeat entire sections.

Greater Resilience Across Call Types

We’ve trained and tested for strong accents, noisy environments, emotional callers, and unpredictable call dynamics, ensuring the system performs under real pressure.

Outbound Calling Framework

We now support intelligent outbound calls, enabling faster claimant engagement, appointment booking, and follow-up.

Together, these enhancements move Claimbotics firmly into production territory.

What Production-Grade Claimbotics Means for the Claims Sector

The claims industry has been waiting for genuinely usable voice automation, not a gimmick, not a toy, and not a rigid IVR (Interactive Voice Response) pretending to be AI.

Claimbotics now delivers:

What’s Next?

We're already working with partners to deploy Claimbotics across live FNOL environments. One UK insurance broker already processes over 11.8 million cases through SwiftCase workflows - Claimbotics adds AI-powered voice to that foundation. Over the coming months, we'll be expanding production use cases, including:

  • Policy queries to be either handled or prepared for claims handler approval
  • Additional Languages availability
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Repair network steering

And in consideration are:

  • Early liability capture
  • Multi-party calls
  • Fraud indicators and behavioural analysis

Capturing information, especially at FNOL, has always been one of the most challenging moments in the claims journey. With Claimbotics now in full production, the sector finally has a scalable, reliable, AI-powered solution to meet that challenge head-on.
